Warranty & Returns
How warranty coverage and returns work on every order.
Warranty
Warranty length isn't one-size-fits-all — it's set per product based on its condition and testing, and shown clearly on the product page before you buy: 7, 15, 30, or 90 days, a custom period, or (for some listings) none at all. Whatever is shown on the listing you bought is what applies to that order.
During the warranty period, a functional defect that was present at the time of sale — not caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repair — is covered. Normal wear and tear isn't.
How to make a claim or start a return
- Go to My Account → Orders and open the relevant order.
- Once the order is marked Delivered, each item shows a return/warranty option.
- Submit it with a short reason describing the issue.
- Our team reviews the request and moves it through Requested → Approved → Item Received → Refunded (or Rejected/Closed if it doesn't qualify) — you'll get a notification at each step.
What isn't covered
- Physical or liquid damage that occurred after delivery
- Damage from unauthorized repair or modification
- Normal wear and tear (battery degradation over time, cosmetic marks, etc.)
- Issues on items explicitly listed with no warranty
