Grading Guide
What every condition grade on GlintGadget actually means, before you buy.
How we grade
Every product we list is inspected and assigned one of five condition grades, A+ through D. That grade — never a vague phrase like “good condition” — is shown on the product page before you buy. On the shop grid, we group those five grades into three quick-scan tiers so you can compare at a glance; the full grade is always still shown on the product page itself.
Grade A+ — Like new
Looks and works like new — minimal to no signs of prior use.
Grade A — Excellent
Fully functional and thoroughly inspected, with only light cosmetic wear.
Grade B — Good
Fully tested and reliable, with cosmetic wear that's visible but doesn't affect use.
Grade C — Used — visible wear
Fully tested and reliable, with cosmetic wear that's visible but doesn't affect use.
Grade D — Functional — heavily used
Fully tested and reliable, with cosmetic wear that's visible but doesn't affect use.
Every listing is also tested
Condition grade describes cosmetic and functional wear. Separately, a listing shows a “Tested” badge only once it's actually passed our inspection, and a “Refurbished” badge only for products that genuinely went through refurbishment — never assumed from the grade alone.
