Are the refurbished products actually tested?+
Yes. Every item we take in is inspected and graded for condition before it's listed, and that condition is shown on the product page rather than hidden behind generic wording like "good condition."
What warranty do I get?+
It varies by listing — some products carry a 7, 15, 30, or 90-day warranty, others a custom period, and some none at all. The exact warranty for the specific item you're buying is always shown on its product page before you buy, and again on your order once it's placed.
How do I make a warranty claim or request a return?+
Go to My Account → Orders, open the order, and once it's marked Delivered you'll see a return/warranty option on each item. Submit it with a reason and our team reviews it — you'll get a notification as it moves through the process.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash on Delivery is always available. Online payment (UPI, cards, net banking) is offered at checkout when it's enabled — you'll see a "Pay Online" option there if so.
How does selling my device work?+
Submit your device's details (category, condition, photos) from the Sell page. Our team reviews it and makes a purchase offer — you can accept or decline. Once accepted, we arrange pickup, and payment follows once the item passes inspection.
